1. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of photographic film and analog products:

• All film sales are final once opened.

• Unopened and unused film may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

• Film must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.

• Expired film is sold as-is and is non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we may assist.
